- Consultation — A no-cost chat about your block, your brief and how you want to live. You'll meet the people who'll actually run your build.
- Feasibility — Already got plans? We'll price them and tell you honestly whether they're close to your budget. Starting from scratch? We check the site, the planning rules and a realistic budget before anyone draws a final plan.
- Pre-construction — We sit in on design meetings and help as much or as little as you need. We'll work with your own designer, or point you to designers we work closely with, and keep things on track either way. We're always looking for ways to save you money, and we keep the pricing up to date as you go, so you know where each decision leaves your budget, and we help keep approvals moving with your designer and certifier.
- Contract — Once the scope is clear, you get a fixed-price contract, a program and a start date.
- Construction and handover — Between meetings you'll get updates and photos. Any change is written down and priced before it happens. At handover we walk through the house with you, sort out anything on the list, and hand over the keys, manuals and warranties.
