How we approach a knock down & rebuild
- Consultation — A no-cost chat about your block, your brief and what you want from the new place. You'll meet the people who'll run the job.
- Feasibility — Already got plans? We'll price them and tell you honestly whether they're close to your budget. Starting from scratch? We check the site, the planning rules, services and a realistic budget, including demolition, before anyone draws a final plan.
- Pre-construction — We sit in on design meetings and help as much or as little as you need. We'll work with your own designer, or point you to designers we work closely with, and keep things on track either way. We look for ways to save you money and keep the pricing up to date, so you know where each decision leaves your budget. We plan the demolition, and we help keep approvals moving with your designer and certifier.
- Contract — Once the scope is clear, you get a fixed-price contract, a program and a start date. That includes when you'll need to move out, so you can sort somewhere to stay.
- Demolition, construction and handover — The old house comes down and the new one goes up, with updates and photos between meetings and any change written down and priced first. Then a walk-through and the keys to a brand new home on the street you love.
