Already got plans? Great. We'll price them up and tell you honestly whether they're close to your budget before you go any further. Starting from scratch? We check the site, the planning rules and a realistic budget before anyone draws a final plan.
We sit in the design meetings with you and help you through the process as much or as little as you need. We're always looking for ways to save money where it counts, and you get up-to-date pricing as you go, so you know exactly where each decision and selection leaves your budget.
A fixed-price contract once the scope is clear. We lock in the programme, deposit and start date, and you know who's on site and when before day one.
We set a programme for your job, not a generic one. You hear from us between meetings with photos and what's next, and any change is written down and priced before the work changes.
A walkthrough, a short defects list and the keys on the same visit, with manuals and warranties in one pack. We stay in touch through the maintenance period.
