Pelican Granny Flat

Shane and Ebony wanted to transform an old shed into a flat suitable for them and their soon-to-be baby while building a new home. The existing structure was torn down but formed the basis for a modern new ‘granny flat’ that is perfect for their growing family. The project was completed on time and well before their new arrival moved in. And they can now take their time to build their dream new home together, while living in comfort.
